We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or successfully delivered.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

• An incorrect item was shipped

• The product was damaged during transit
  Any issues must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue and the original packaging.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs agencies
• Weather-related delivery delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
